管理员能否上传用户头像？
作为管理员，我可以“管理”用户账户，包括更改电子邮件地址、密码或用户提供的几乎所有内容。是的，管理员可以上传用户头像，但用户也可以上传、更改或删除头像。据我所知，没有方法只能让管理员维护头像。
