下载官方1.51并整合原1.5简体中文+简体utf8语系,
目前在Xoops 2.0.16简体utf8介面上使用正常.

在news 1.44 简体中文版 基础上更新而成

News 1.44 简体中文版。

在 xoops2.014 与 xoops2.2x 下安装通过，可以正常使用。

此版为安装版，方法与普通模块安装相同。不适合升级News其他版本升级使用。

这是一个很好的模块，记得以前有人跟我提过要一个邮件订阅新闻的模块，用户通过页面输入他的邮件地址，管理员在后台给这些用户群发邮件新闻。
这个模块系繁体语言，清Macromedia Dreamweaver 打开自行修改。
