该处bug将可能导致页脚[meta footer]的版权声明等显示错误

特别感谢everest 网友，发现一个隐蔽的bug。解决办法在这里
其他两个相册: xcgal和xoopsgallery稍候上传 -
部分win+IIS6用户在安装时提示模块文件不存在，但modules目录下各文件其实是齐全的
