    WebDigest is a web fetch module that allows you to fetch, display and monitor any desired content from internet and to display on your site.
    Features:
    1 Categories can be defined
    2 The sites to be monitored, the content to be feteched can be configured by using a easy-to-use admin interface.

    4 The content can be updated automatically using cronjob

    XCONV 1.63版本

    主要修正了中文内码转换的一个bug：
    使用GB -> UTF8，BIG5 -> UTF8， GB -> UNICODE，BIG5 -> UNICODE进行转换末尾为数字0的字符串的时候，转换后结果字符串末尾的0会消失。改动过的文件：class/chinese.php

    Bugfix: Last '0' disappear problem for class/chinese.php

    安装：
    像普通模块一样安装或者升级

    测试：
    在XOOPS根目录下建立test.php文件，代码如下：

    Sinomac因为面对的用户是国内的 Mac OS 平台使用者，而微软为 Mac OS 开发的 IE 浏览器并不像在其 Win 平台上的产品那样优秀，而在 Apple 的 Safari 浏览器诞生后，微软索性终止了其 IE 的 Mac OS 版本的开发，所以，目前 Sinomac 都是以 Safari 和 Mozilla 这两个浏览器作为网站修改时的第一参照浏览器，虽然我们努力争取按照 W3C 的 XHTML 和 CSS 标准进行修改，但是因为能力的限制，我们依然担心会有一些未知的错误存在，也许在 Win OS 的 IE 上看可能会有一些问题，希望大家如果发现问题，还请多多指教...
