先把主要的条目翻译了,能够让用户能看懂参加测试就行

后台首页分项设置菜单条重复原因找到，卸载“天下博览”后恢复正常。即“文章”后台设置首页会同时调用“天下博览”的设置项。

看来是“天下博览”从“文章”中分离的不彻底，请D.J.修改一下“天下博览”。

已解决：

将 planet/admin/menu.php

// global $adminmenu;

Article 管理页不再调用 planet 的菜单。中文包测试后提交。
