Hello,
Sorry I can't write Chinese very well so hope its OK to use English. I've just found a website which has Chinese characters in its urls http://www.6student.com/6/studyabroad ... 99%E5%AD%A6%E7%94%9F.html Can I do the same using Xoops? Can anyone tell me how they do this? Thanks a lot for any help!!!
